Process vendor invoices, reconcile statements, manage payment cycles, and support month-end close. 2+ years AP experience required. SAP or QuickBooks knowledge an asset.
Inspect products for defects, perform measurements, document results, and work with production teams to improve quality standards. ISO 9001 knowledge an advantage.
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, resolve issues professionally, and maintain customer satisfaction scores. Bilingual (English/French) is a strong asset.
